Job Description
Reporting to the Area General Manager, you will oversee and lead a team through our 200 bed Long Term Care facility managing all food service, laundry and housekeeping services. This role will require you will lead your team through a strong safety culture to deliver excellence to our client, and will leverage your strong business acumen, client/customer service skills and culinary expertise.
- Responsible for successfully coordinating and directing food service and housekeeping operations for the site
- You will lead your team through food safety training and lead a strong safety culture within a very high volume food service environment
- A CSNM (Canadian Society of Nutrition Management) designation is an asset
- Provide formal supervision to employees, monitors the training and development of staff
