What you will deliver:
Perform General Repairs across the property drywall, ceiling tiles, carpentry, doors, floors and other surfaces.Perform setup work across the property set ups, take downs signs, kiosks, tables, ballot boxes, banners, stages, decorations etc.Perform Delivery of chairs, tables and other equipmentPerform work orders assigned through MaximoAssist Plumber, Millwright, Filterman and Electrician as directedMaintain marketing storage room and equipmentUpdate directory boards and signs in the mall, office tower, galleria, receiving areas and service corridorsMaintain Retail Merchandising Units and specialty leasing kiosksLiaise with operations staff.
