Position Details
Responsibilities:
Provide legal advice and support on general lending transactions acting for both lenders and borrowers.Draft, negotiate, and review financing documentation including loan facility agreements, security documentation, intercreditor agreements, ancillary documents, and corporate authority documents.Manage domestic and cross-border transactions and coordinate with external counsel.Liaise with key stakeholders within the business.
