EIC Shared Services' Finance Department has an available opportunity in Winnipeg, MB.

The General Ledger Accountant position is a key support to the Financial Management team, ensuring that delegated month and year end accounting functions are completed accurately and within established timelines. The incumbent also performs the day‑to‑day accounting functions as delegated.

Duties will include, but are not limited to:

• Daily/monthly banking functions
• Assistance in the preparation of the monthly/quarterly/year‑end financial statements, including but not limited to:
  • Balance sheet reconciliations including all standard entries
  • Revenue reconciliations including maintenance/reconciliation of revenue accruals
  • Expense reconciliations including maintenance/reconciliation of expense accruals...
