**Key Responsibilities**Process Manufacturing Engineering (ME) Focus:- Develop, improve, and sustain manufacturing processes.
- Support equipment installation, validation, and troubleshooting.
- Lead process documentation including PFMEA, control plans, and process flow diagrams.
- Ensure compliance with safety and ergonomic requirements.
- Conduct time & motion studies, balance lines, and optimize manpower allocation.
- Develop and maintain standardized work, work instructions, and labor models.
- Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and implement productivity improvements.
- Lead layout changes using lean principles.
- Support capacity planning and resource modeling.
**Required Qualifications**- Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, or related field or relevant experience.
- 2-5 years of experience in manufacturing operations (automotive preferred).
