Join Sephora as a full-time Stage Experience Lead and enhance customer interactions across beauty categories. Supervise Beauty, Skincare, Fragrance, and Haircare departments.
As the Stage Experience Lead, you will manage all aspects of the sales floor within a designated Sephora location. Ensure your team delivers top-tier client service and implement the Sephora selling model effectively. You will also play a pivotal role in training employees on new technologies while responding to client feedback.
