If you are successful in being selected for this role, you will be offered a contract as a Full Time Sales Advisor and enrolled in a training program. This program designed to prepare you for a Floor Manager role and offers you a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience from industry experts and develop essential leadership skills in a vibrant retail environment.



Please note that progression to a Floor Manager role is based on role vacancy and your suitability at the end of the program. You will be based COS, Armadale store. You should also be open to working across all four of our Melbourne stores, with a willingness to travel as needed based on business requirements.
