The Leasing Consultant will be responsible for providing a positive community experience to residents and effectively market and lease apartments to prospects, while building and developing a professional foundation to launch their career.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Assist with planning and hosting of resident events.

Maintain social media presence at the property level by promoting events and maintaining engagement with current residents.

Assist residents with the move-in and move-out processes.
