This full-time contract position requires a motivated leader under the guidance of the Camp Director. You're responsible for planning menus, managing kitchen staff, and accommodating dietary restrictions for clients and campers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Evaluate and support kitchen staff through guidance
• Ensure timely and high-quality food preparation
• Order supplies and maintain food inventory
• Keep food service areas clean and organized
• Adhere to health and safety compliance in food operations
Requirements:
• College diploma in Food Service Management or Culinary field
• Experience in catering for groups up to 200
• Supervisory experience in food service management
• Current Safe Food Handler certification
• First Aid and CPR-C certification
