In this permanent position, you will report to the IT Director and play a vital role in supporting technology operations across a variety of portfolios. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in Information Technology, alongside proficiency in Microsoft products and excellent communication abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide Level 1 helpdesk support and customer service
• Deploy and configure employee equipment efficiently
• Monitor servers and network applications for service continuity
• Maintain critical systems including servers and virtualization platforms
• Assist project teams with technology implementation
