Role & Responsibilities

Dassault Systèmes is seeking a Fulfillment Management Associate to analyze, control, and approve license keys, both on-premise and Cloud, in Order and key activation and delivery tools, in accordance with customer agreements and 3DS policies and rules established by Business Administration.

Manage cloud environment and other service access deployments and modifications.

Manage Non-Technical Service Requests (NTSRs) by prioritizing and dispatching requests, analyzing issues through reproduction, and following up on escalations until resolution is delivered.

Act as an expert on license key processes, both on-premise and Cloud, as well as Care and key activation and delivery tools.
