We are seeking a full-time Customer Happiness Officer for our client XWander. The title accurately reflects the core of the role: ensuring a smooth, warm, and successful customer experience throughout the entire service journey.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service upon clients’ arrival and by phone and email.
- Maintain the CRM system and ensure customer data is up to date.
- Coordinate operational situations during the customer journey (e.g., schedule changes, transport delays, equipment-related challenges) in cooperation with the Service Manager.
- Work in the shop and assist with guiding tasks when needed.
- Finalize the service process after the customer journey by sending thank-you and feedback requests and delivering photo material to clients.
