Expected shifts: 9 a.m. – 5 p.m. & 12 p.m. – 8 p.m.

Primary Responsibilities

• Deliver a professional front‑desk experience by managing calls, greeting patients, and addressing inquiries.
• Coordinate accurate patient intake and maintain up‑to‑date records throughout treatment.
• Assist patients with completing documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Schedule appointments and manage patient records efficiently.
