Position Details
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from intake meetings with hiring managers to candidate onboarding
- Partner with business leaders to understand hiring needs and define recruitment strategies
- Draft and publish job advertisements on relevant recruitment channels
- Proactively source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and direct search
- Screen applications and conduct candidate interviews
- Assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit
- Ensure a high-quality candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Advise hiring managers on market trends, talent availability, and recruitment best practices
- Proven experience in recruitment, ideally within the retail sector
