POSITION SUMMARY

The Franchise Business Consultant is responsible for providing support and coaching to an assigned territory of franchise- and license-operated restaurant locations while serving as a liaison for the Company. This position assists franchisees in maximizing sales and profits and provides counsel on finances, operational standards, and trademark integrity.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS


May perform any or all of the following duties:

  • Displays outstanding leadership skills; provides coaching, guidance, and development advice to franchisees

  • Executes the Company’s strategic plan and marketing/operational performance standards

  • Set up franchise business reviews and create / monitor / support action plans to improve desirable outcomes from such reviews
