Job Description

This position is for work in a hybrid format, Contagem MG.

Responsibilities

• Act as the point of contact between Finance and Operations, guiding teams towards cost‑out initiatives and productivity improvements.
• Support the Supply Chain Finance team in closing analyses, budget and forecast processes, and in the control and dissemination of productivity metrics and validation of cost‑out initiatives.
• Manage the Capex plan for Operations, covering Manufacturing and Supply Chain areas.
• Act as a key interface between Operations and Finance teams on a daily basis.
• Collaborate weekly with global Operations teams to align financials and strategy.
• Manage and update best‑estimate projections with frequent reporting.
• Support monthly closing activities and financial performance analysis.
