As our Founding AI and Backend Engineer, you’ll architect scalable systems that power our AI-driven platform, enabling 10x efficiency in freight management. From carrier selection to claims processing, you’ll build automation that transforms a 100-person job into a lean, 10-person operation. Key Responsibilities

• Develop agentic AI pipelines with tools like Pydantic, Langchain/LangGraph, CrewAI to automate carrier matching, scheduling, tracking, PODs, lumper/detention approvals, invoicing, and claims.
