Director of Food and Beverage Job Description
The Director of Food and Beverage will be responsible for the food and beverage operations, including all Banquet, Restaurant, and room service operations. You will oversee guest and employee satisfaction, maintain standards, meet or exceed financial goals, assist with menu plans, operations, recipes, financial responsibility, portion and inventory control, food quality, and compliance with food and beverage laws and regulations. Develops and implements the business plan for food and beverage.
