Floor and Sample Boards & Borders Plants Manager

Academic Background:

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Quality Assurance Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Advanced English (must have).
• ISO 9000:2015 and ISO 14001 certified auditor preferred.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and Kaizen events.

Work Experience:

• 8 years minimum as a Production Superintendent, Plant Manager or dealing and negotiating with clients.
• Experience with Manufacturing and Quality Systems, Improvement Projects, Standard Work Programs, Honor Roll, etc.
• Experience with Cost and Budgeting Systems.
• Experience in Logistics for handling and scheduling a wide variety of product types.
