What do you do as a flex manager?
Your smile and warm hospitality make for a great first impression. As the first point of contact at the reception, you are responsible for a warm welcome. You check guests in and out and provide them with all the necessary information.
Of course, there are also other reception tasks involved. For example, you also take reservations and handle them effortlessly, both by telephone and by email. Administrative work and invoicing are also part of your job description.
You are a real multitasker and can easily switch between different departments within the hotel to offer our guests the best possible service. And when it is busy, you are quick to lend a hand in other places in the hotel. Think of checking rooms, support in the restaurant or at the bar.
