Job Overview
Reporting to the Manager, Fleet and Facility Maintenance, as the as the Fleet and Facility Maintenance Administrator you are responsible for coordination, administration, and maintenance of the company’s vehicle fleet and facilities in an organized, efficient, attentive manner while being compliant with government regulations.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Assisting in the registration, initial tagging, title processing, managing tag renewals, transferring, and disposal of company vehicles.Monitoring fleet inventory, ensuring all vehicles are accounted for and maintained effectively.Provide administrative assistance to the Fleet Manager and other team members as needed.Collating, inputting, maintaining and managing data in fleet management systems.Supporting and scheduling of vehicle preventative maintenance and facilities maintenance to ensure the availability of vehicle...
