Position Details
Responsibilities
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets defined by upper management.
- Interact with peers and other company areas, from a local and global standpoint, to ensure company best practices related to ethics and compliance, revenue and profitability growth strategies, execution.
- Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensures its strong presence in the region.
- Build and promote strong, long‑lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
- Present sales, revenue, expenses and other reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
- Represent the company among regional industry associations and other stakeholders.
