Position Overview: The Fleet Performance Manager is an exciting operations‑based position with the opportunity to engage with a variety of mining equipment using cutting‑edge technology. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all performance aspects of Caterpillar Mining Equipment fleets at specified customer sites, and will play a critical role in the introduction of new equipment. Strong organizational and communication skills are required, and the role works with Finning, Caterpillar and customer representatives to deliver world‑class performance.
