Job Description
Lead the firm's global and regional commercial strategy for fixed income products, with emphasis on Bond Connect and China interbank bond market access.Drive revenue growth across institutional clientsIdentify and capture new revenue streams from asset managers, banks, sovereign funds, and insurers across APAC and globally.Build and manage strategic B2B partnershipsEstablish and deepen relationships with custodians, broker-dealers, trading platforms, and regulators involved in Bond Connect and cross-border flows.Oversee client acquisition and retentionMonitor geopolitical and regulatory landscapeAssess how China-US relations, Hong Kong policy changes, sanctions regimes, and capital controls impact bond market access and client strategies.Work closely with trading, compliance, legal, risk, and operations teams to deliver seamless cross-border bond trading solutions.Le...
