Overview
As Evolution Chamber’s Evolution Success & Sales Manager you will be accountable for all elements of ensuring systems between trainers and members are met, create daily communications with current members to strengthen retention, and watch and follow sales protocols to onboard new members through conducting assessments. Manager hours are from 2pm-10pm Monday-Friday. The 3 pillars of this role are:

- Create a studio culture that ensures tribe member engagement
- Call and message members daily based on member attendance
- Conduct sales assessments to convert prospects into tribe members — commissions based on each personal training package sold
