This role is responsible for providing guidance and assistance to key players within the organization on performance management, employment law, and termination matters. The individual will also be knowledgeable concerning applicable legislation. They will guide Associate Relations issues and matters for all positions across multiple provinces within the organization to support an appropriate and friendly Fit4Less workplace environment for all Associates.
As an Associate Relations Advisor you will act as a trusted resource for employees and managers, interpreting legislation and company policies to resolve workplace issues.
