To assist the Director of Planning, Evaluation and Audit in the management of financial systems, information and processes Health PEI.
Duties:
- Develop, in consultation with the Director of Planning, Evaluation and Audit, the goals and objectives of the section, consistent with Health PEI’s strategic plan
- Provide leadership and support in the delivery of programs and services
- Establish and maintain up-to-date philosophy and objectives, policies and procedures and job descriptions
- Direct staff, arrange orientation and training, assign workloads, develop staff competencies, monitor quality and quantity of work
- Enhance professional growth and development of staff by keeping abreast of current trends and advances
- Supervise staff in providing analysis, forecasting and policy advice on a broad range of fiscal issues
