Permanent whole-time post Applications are invited for the post of First Year Experience Coordinator (FYEC) in the Admissions Office. Reporting to the Admissions Officer, the FYEC plays a central and highly collaborative role in supporting first year student success. The post leads a coordinated suite of first year supports including the University's Orientation programme for incoming undergraduates, one-to-one guidance, the Quercus Entrance Scholarships, and other key student-success initiatives. The role also requires cross-unit coordination and collaboration, management of student-facing resources, strategic analysis and reporting of retention-related data to inform evidence-based decision making.
