• Operations Finance, Costing & Analysis background.
• 7+ years’ experience of increasing responsibility in a manufacturing environment supporting a plant.
• Multi plants responsibilities preferred.
• Strong financial systems and tools knowledge (SAP, BPC).
• Advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros, etc.).
• ERP costing experience (SAP preferred) includes standard cost build-ups and variance analysis.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
• Ability to use logic, reasoning, and critical thinking to solve problems.
