Position Details
Role and context The Financial Controller oversees the company’s financial and accounting activities to ensure the accuracy of financial information, regulatory compliance, and the sound management of financial resources. They are responsible for preparing financial statements, maintaining effective internal controls, and ensuring compliance with financial policies, while supporting management in strategic decision‑making. The Controller also serves as a resource person for the accounting team and works closely with the various departments across the organization. They act as a key partner to the Finance Director, contributing to strategic decisions and to the development of the finance function.
