Financial Analyst – FP&A

Location: Vancouver, Canada. Reports to: Manager, FP&A.

Responsibilities

• Consolidate financial results across FP&A functions, delivering month‑end reporting and rolling forecast analysis to support data‑driven decision‑making and strategic planning.

• Build and maintain robust financial models, incorporating actuals and performing variance analysis to identify, communicate, and forecast key performance drivers.

• Review and approve G&A purchase requests and procurement workflows through Coupa.

• Design, monitor, and continuously refine KPIs to track business performance, identify emerging trends, and proactively surface growth opportunities.

• Work closely with cross‑functional teams to validate and ensure the accuracy and integrity of all financial information used for planning and reporting purposes.
