Job Description

We are seeking a Financial Analyst to provide support to our CBRE Edmonton office National Investment Team.

Key Job Responsibilities

• Detailed Financial Analysis; Including financial modeling, cash flow projections (IRR’s) and development proforma models for primarily multifamily commercial real estate assets and development sites using Excel
• Valuation of development and redevelopment sites utilizing residual land valuation and comparable transaction approaches
• Analyzing investment returns, yield metrics, scenario analyses, and profitability of commercial real estate investments
• Analyzing leverage and impact of debt financing on property cash flows and return metrics incorporating conventional mortgages, vendor-take-back financing, second mortgages, and other non-conventional financing
