The Financial Accountant plays a key role in driving transformation reporting, financial accounting for Empowerment entities, procurement governance and broker-related reporting across OMIG. The role takes ownership of the B-BBEE scorecard process and supports the firm's transformation agenda, while ensuring sound accounting, audit and compliance outcomes across multiple OMIG entities.

Reporting to the Finance Manager within OMIG Finance, and working closely with various teams, procurement, risk, internal and external auditors, trustees and verification agencies, the role helps ensure financial accuracy, governance and transparency across the trusts, holding structures and procurement processes that support the OMIG business, while supporting the OMIG Chief Financial Officer and Finance Manager with ad‑hoc project work as required.
