Senior Associate – Finance Transformation

A career in our Finance Transformation practice, within Consulting services, provides the opportunity to work alongside CFOs, VP Finance, Controllers, and finance leaders to optimize finance functions and improve their contribution to the business. You will specialize in technology-enabled finance modernisation, leveraging leading practices in people, processes and performance insights enabled by technology and AI to achieve business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Sell and deliver business‑led, technology‑enabled projects to meet client needs for Finance Transformation consulting services.
• Prepare and facilitate workshops with key finance stakeholders.
• Play an active part in delivering Finance Transformation engagements, including ERP implementations (SAP, Workday, Microsoft, Oracle) and transformation initiatives.
