Overview

Finance Transformation Manager – Enterprise Performance Management. Works with CFOs, VPs Finance, and controllers to optimize finance functions, improve financial performance, and support decision‑making. Focuses on financial operations, process improvement, system implementation, and EPM tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support client engagements, working with multidisciplinary teams.
• Conduct organizational diagnostics on financial processes and consolidate, budget, forecast and management‑reporting activities.
• Define business requirements for acquisition and configuration of EPM tools (OneStream, Anaplan, Oracle EPM, SAP EPM, etc.).
• Analyze and improve process performance, cost‑benefit, benchmarking, and dashboard design.
• Vendor and software selection, including business‑requirements gathering.
