Drive standardisation, best practices, and continuous improvement/efficiency projects. Lead and develop the team: staffing, onboarding, training, coaching, 1:1s, performance and talent reviews; ensure backup coverage. Manage stakeholder relationships: handle escalations, run surveys, analyse feedback, and close improvement gaps. Own delivery: plan workload, hit KPIs/targets, maintain quality and audit compliance; support internal/external audits.
