Finance Marketing Operations Intern

Team Overview

We are looking for a motivated and detail oriented Marketing Operations Intern with a strong focus on finance and procurement processes. In this role, you will support budget management, financial analysis, and vendor coordination to ensure smooth operations between marketing, finance, and procurement teams. You will also contribute to process automation that would help generate business insights that improve decision making.

Role Responsibilities

• Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial close processes.
• Consolidate and create financial reports for accurate reporting and forecasting.
• Assist in preparing and reviewing forecasts, accruals, amortizations, and P&L statements.
• Prepare financial presentation materials for management reviews.
• Assist in budget tracking, forecasting, and financial reconciliations for marketing initiatives.
