Manage the full month‑end close process in QuickBooks Online across 12+ locations.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile and monitor bank accounts daily; prepare daily cash flow summaries for ownership
• Prepare accurate monthly financial statements and management reports for ownership
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management initiatives
• Run bi‑weekly payroll through ADP, including employee reimbursements
