Position Overview

Reporting to the Managing Director of LATAM, the Finance Director will provide accounting and financial control work for the Finance Department of the LATAM Division, currently consisting of our offices in Colombia, Chile, Peru and Mexico.

What the Job Entails

• Manages and oversees financial accounting in LATAM, while also providing support to the local accounts receivable and payables teams.
• Audits expenditures, ensuring compliance with the accounting procedures of the organization.
• Balances and reconciles accounts; adjusts and corrects daily journal entries.
• Manages all local regulatory and tax compliance requirements and submissions to government agencies.
• Maintains full integrity of all revenues, ensuring organization policies and procedures, as well as country and local regulations, are followed.
