Location: Consultant could live in Poland (preferred), London, Germany, and consultants living in other countries in Western Europe may also be considered. This is a Consultant position.ECC is seeking a Finance Consultant / Contractor. In this position you will:

Coordinate with investment banks, export credit agencies, development finance institutions, and multilateral development banks to structure financing for projects.

Review and analyze indicative loan term sheets to determine the all-in cost of the loan.

Develop comparative analysis tables on the all-in cost of multiple indicative term sheets from various banks for a given project to provide recommendations.

Conduct preliminary negotiations with banks to secure competitive indicative loan term sheets for the borrower.
