As we look to drive departmental efficiency and business growth we're looking for an experienced Finance Business Partner to join our Finance & Operations team.  

Reporting to the Finance Director and working closely with the Chief Operating Officer and the wider business, you will be the go-to lead for financial analysis, ensuring that our data insights drive performance throughout the entire Lead-to-Cash lifecycle.

This is a Melbourne based role with minimum 3 days per week onsite.

1. Business Partnering, Reporting and Analysis

• Lead Analysis: Prepare and lead financial reporting for board and management packs.
• SaaS Metrics: Measure business units against North Star SaaS metrics (including ARR, MRR, CAC, and LTV) and assess wide-ranging KPIs quarterly.
