We have an exciting opportunity for a Finance and Admin. Director to join our team at our office in Accra, Ghana. The Finance and Administrative services for the company and will provide strategic business guidance to further develop the company as a financially sound organisation General responsibilities will include, but not be limited to the following:

Finance Control & Budgeting

• Provide financial leadership and direction for the business. Act as the connection between the finance team and the CEO helping to drive strategy and hit targets using their financial insight, while also overseeing the finance team as a whole

• Develop and control the company’s annual operating budget to ensure that all financial targets are met and financial and statutory regulations complied with

• Generate timely monthly, quarterly, yearly and project specific financial reports in compliance with generally accepted accounting principles
