This full-time position reports to the Canada R&D Center Manager. The ideal candidate will oversee day-to-day accounting functions, develop budgets, and support fundraising and investor reporting. A strong knowledge of Canadian accounting standards and experience in finance is key to thriving in this hands-on role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily accounting operations including AP/AR and payroll
• Prepare financial statements monthly, quarterly, and annually
• Develop and maintain accurate budgets and forecasts
• Support investor reporting and financial analysis tasks
• Ensure compliance with Canadian tax regulations
