Financial Planning and Analysis: Provide effective financial administrative planning and control on assigned projects/contracts. Develop program Performance Measurement Baseline (PMB) for earned value/project management purposes to enhance analytic capabilities on programs. Perform analysis of program cost and schedule performance, identifying trends and providing actionable information to the Project Leadership Team for corrective measures. Prepare and analyze Estimates at Complete (EACs) and deliver comprehensive financial support to assigned program teams. Support Program Management in assessing program risks and opportunities. Assist teams in preparation for weekly meetings and program reviews.
