Responsibilities

• Provide operational leadership, guidance, and oversight to partner leadership teams operating across Quebec.
• Serve as the primary operational liaison between ATSI, the client, and partner leadership teams, ensuring clear communication, aligned expectations, and timely issue resolution.
• Oversee the overall quality of field work delivered by partner teams, ensuring installations and repairs meet client and Aecon standards.
• Manage program performance by reviewing SLA metrics such as customer satisfaction scores, visit completion, repeat rates, and upselling opportunities.
• Ensure partner teams maintain strong training programs and deliver ongoing technical and procedural training to their technicians.
