- Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical faults on site
- Execute troubleshooting activities on installed machinery and production lines
- Support installation, commissioning, and start-up activities when required
- Maintain close communication with customers and ensure high service quality
- Provide basic operator training and technical guidance when necessary
- Prepare service reports and ensure accurate documentation
- Monitor and contribute to KPIs such as technical efficiency, OTIF performance, and financial targets
- Coordinate with internal teams for spare parts, planning, and technical support
