Role Overview
As a Field Service Engineer, you will play a critical role in supporting customers through on-site technical service activities, including installation, implementation, maintenance, and repair of chromatography and spectroscopy systems.
You will work with a variety of hardware, software, and networking solutions, ensuring optimal system performance and high customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Provide on-site support to customers, including installation, configuration, maintenance, and repair of company and multi‐vendor systems.
Install and optimize hardware, software, and network configurations at customer sites.
Diagnose and resolve technical and performance‐related issues in analytical instruments.
Perform preventive maintenance and corrective service activities.
