Field Service Engineer
The Field Service Engineer is the front line of our support system – client‑facing, troubleshooting, problem‑solving – and is supported by the full resources, knowledge and experience of the team and the company.
This is a full‑time/permanent position, with the majority of the work being onsite at our clients’ facilities or in‑office in our FE/Programming lab.
Responsibilities
- Maintain a complete understanding of all project documentation, objectives, and requirements.
- Provide remote and in‑person customer service support, performing service tasks in a timely and quality‑conscious manner, including:
- Creating and maintaining service tickets, and producing service reports for clients.
- Testing, diagnosing, and repairing AV systems and associated equipment.
- Making user interface, programming, and audio adjustments to AV systems.
