<p>This is not a “sit behind spreadsheets” sales leadership role.</p>
<p>We are looking for someone who understands field sales for real.</p>
<p>Someone that knows what it feels like to build territories, coach underperformers, motivate hunters and grow teams in the street, not only in meetings.</p>
<p>You will manage Territory Managers across different hubs in Central Italy and help scale one of the most important Field Sales regions at SumUp.</p>
