The Field Quality Compliance Specialist plays a vital role in upholding the integrity and craftsmanship of RK’s steel erection and field construction projects. This position focuses on implementing quality standards, conducting inspections, and supporting field teams with training and process improvement to ensure all work meets rigorous industry codes and internal expectations.
Working alongside project teams, you’ll help develop and maintain quality systems that drive consistency and compliance in the field.
